The Beauty Cocoon Policies Booking: • A card on file is required for all bookings and may be used for payment. • Deposits are required for all new clients, full sets, lash lifts & tints, and facials. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once. • All appointments must be booked through TheBeautyCocoon.glossgenius.com. Cancellations: • 72+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. • 48-72 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee. • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations & No-Shows: 75% service fee; deposit forfeited. • No-shows & repeat last-minute cancellations: Future bookings will require 100% payment upfront. Arrival: • Please arrive on time. If running late, contact Shianne at (234) 294-9151. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. • Arrivals beyond the grace period may require rescheduling and a 75% service fee will be charged. New Clients: • Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consent form. • No foreign fills. If you have existing lashes from another artist, a removal & full set must be booked. Refunds: • No refunds. All sales are final. • If unsatisfied, contact Shianne at (234) 294-9151 within 48 hours to discuss concerns. • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, and refunds will not be issued. At Your Appointment: • No extra guests. • Silence cell phones to maintain a relaxing environment. • Use the restroom before your service, as appointments can take 1-3 hours. • Avoid caffeine before your appointment to prevent lash fluttering. • A complimentary lash bath is provided with every lash service. If you arrive with makeup on, you will be charged $1 for a makeup wipe and an additional $10 for extra cleaning. Lash Fill Policy: • 1-Week Fill (7 days): Mini touch-up (65%+ of lashes remaining) • 2-Week Fill (14 days): Regular fill (50%+ of lashes remaining) • 3-Week Fill (21 days): Large fill (35-40%+ of lashes remaining) • Beyond 21 days: Considered a full set and must be booked accordingly. After-Hours Appointments: • Appointments booked outside regular business hours will incur a $40 “After-Hours Fee.” Discounts: • Coupons must be presented at checkout. • A $20 maximum discount is allowed per service.
